These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Proshine Cleaning Services LLC (“Proshine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services, submitting a quote request, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Proshine Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning solutions. Services are provided as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Proshine reserves the right to refuse service for repeated cancellations or non-payment.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

5. Access & Preparation

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time.

  • Secure pets and remove personal or valuable items prior to service.

  • Inform Proshine of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions in advance.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include a re-clean at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Proshine is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly secured.

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from normal cleaning processes unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

  • Customers agree to disclose known health hazards, including mold, biohazards, or pest infestations prior to service.

9. Website Use

All website content, including text and branding, is the property of Proshine Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive behavior toward staff.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
